Drop 01 is a presale. All presale orders ship on 31 January 2027 from Thailand. You get a tracking number by email the day it ships.

Shipping costs are not refundable, unless we made a mistake with your order.
Where we ship
Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, the UAE and Israel. If your country is not listed at checkout, email us.
Duties and taxes
- USA: Standard orders ship with duties and taxes included, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Large US orders may arrive in two parcels.
- Other countries: import duties and taxes are paid by you when the parcel arrives. We can't predict or control them.
- If you refuse a parcel or don't pay the duties, we refund the items only, minus shipping both ways and any fees the carrier charges us, once the parcel is back with us.
Your address
- Please check your address at checkout. We ship to the address you give us.
- You can change your address by email until 31 December 2026.
- If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, we re-send it once you pay the new shipping.
Lost, late or stolen
- Lost in transit: we file the claim with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms it's lost, we send a new item or refund you.
- Marked "delivered" but you can't find it: we are not responsible for parcels marked delivered. Check with neighbours, your building and your local post office. We'll send you the tracking proof to help.
- Late: customs can slow things down. If your tracking hasn't moved for 15 working days, email us.
- Tell us about any shipping problem within 30 days of the ship date.
One order, one parcel
We don't combine separate orders into one parcel or refund shipping on separate orders.
