Why a presale?
We make each item in limited numbers based on presale orders. Ordering now locks in your size and colour before they sell out.
When do I pay?
You pay in full when you place your order.
Can I order presale and in-stock items together?
Everything in Drop 01 is presale, so your whole order ships together on 31 January 2027.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
All Drop 01 presale orders ship on 31 January 2027. You get a tracking number by email that day.
What if the date changes?
If production is delayed, we email you straight away with the new date. You can keep your order or cancel for a full refund.
How much is shipping?
Standard tracked shipping is $12.90, and free on orders over $99. Express DHL is also available. See our Shipping page for details.
Will I pay import duties?
For the USA, standard shipping includes duties and taxes. For other countries, local duties or taxes are paid by you on delivery.
Changes & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, until 31 December 2026. Email us to cancel for a full refund, or to change size or colour for free. From 1 January 2027 your piece is in production and the order can't be cancelled or changed.
Can I return it after delivery?
All sales are final after delivery. If it doesn't fit, you can swap the size within 14 days (unworn, tags on, you pay shipping both ways). If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, send us an unboxing video within 7 days and we fix it at our cost. See Returns & Refunds.
Sizing
How do I pick my size?
Check our Size Guide. Our tees have a long-line fit with a curved hem. If you are between sizes and want a looser fit, size up.
